Badges & Benevolence Law Enforcement Foundation

Badges & Benevolence is a qualified law enforcement foundation (non-profit) which directly supports the mission and community programs of the Watkinsville Police Department. 

Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed a measure that gives a tax credit to those who donate to qualified law enforcement foundations. Each Georgia Taxpayer can contribute up to $5,000 (if filing single) or $10,000 (if filing jointly or as a corporation). 

To contribute, taxpayers must apply for pre-approval. Once approval is received, they may contribute to Badges & Benevolence and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on their 2023 taxes. The yellow QR code connects you to the Georgia Department of Revenue which provides an online link to the Georgia Tax Center where you may complete the forms.
