Personal Information: Julie was born in Cumming, Georgia. She has been a native of Morgan County, Georgia since she was two years old. She has one daughter, Randa (21 years old). She loves God and spending time with her family. She enjoys road trips, coffee, karaoke, dancing, soap making, and other craft activities.
